How we handle your fax.

What we use

To send the fax you choose, we need your document (photos or PDF), the destination fax number, and payment identifiers from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Retention

Document bytes are kept only long enough to transmit and confirm delivery (or handle a clear failure / one retry). We aim for short retention — delete after successful send, and time out abandoned jobs.

What we don’t do

• No ads in the app.
• No sale of personal data.
• No HIPAA marketing claims in v1.
